The chief of police in Flint Michigan has announced that his officers will start arresting people wearing saggy pants that expose boxer shorts or bare bottoms. Reckon they’d have a field day at Billy Blue… Original story from the CR Blog and graphic by the Detroit Free Press.

In news closer to home, the Federal Court has today declared that an Act, put forward by the NSW government to fine people $5,500 for annoying pilgrims of World Youth Day, to be invalid as there was “no intelligible boundary” on what “causes annoyance” to the pilgrims. More at the SMH.
