The next d Factory, the monthly design talkfest at the Powerhouse Museum, is this Thursday night. It’s called Heard it through the Grapevine and features the collaborative efforts of tertiary design students and industry practitioners, as they respond to a real brief set by AGDA (Australian Graphic Design Association), focusing on wine label design and packaging.
Simon Pemberton, once head of school of Billy Blue, will also be giving a talk. Hosted by Nell Schofield, you will hear key insights into the overall project, the students’ experiences and what it means to be a professional graphic designer. You should all really try and attend this one. For more details visit the D Factory site.
