Where will people find your publication?


Where people will pick up your publication? Will they buy it, will it be sent to them, is it free? The delivery of your publication may influence the way you design it. Think about how much it will cost to post, or whether it will fit on a magazine stand.

The Aquarium is a bookshop in London that is about to “release” a new book into the market. It is not going to be sold, it will not have a barcode, and people will merely have to be lucky enough to find it buried in the shelves of other stores. Sure, it’s a risk that people will not find it, but it is an interesting delivery method that is similar to Book Crossing where members leave their books lying around for others to pick up, read and then pass on in a similar way.
